This website was created to collect the information required for individual income tax return preparation from you in a secure and timely manner. We consider the information we collect from you through this website, including communications and documentation you provide us, to be confidential. This includes personal and financial information provided by you or by others, as well as information we generate on your behalf. It is our policy not to disclose client information to our affiliates except in connection with the rendering of tax preparation services to you. We consider data security as our top priority.
HOW TO CREATE AND USE AN ACCOUNT
For those who used Web Input last year (for 2022 tax year)
Login Login Please enter your e-mail address registered for 2023 EOS Individual Income Tax Questionnaire site & Password (same password as last year).
• Your data is carried over from the previous year even if your e-mail address has changed. You don't have to register as a new user.
• If you forgot your password, go to
Forgot Password and reset the password.
• If you have any question, please contact your company's coordinator if you are a corporate customer, or EOS staff. Or send e-mail to EOS1040@eosllp.com.
Start using the website
For those who will use Web Input for the first time
Sign Up Please register as New User in the Registration screen.
• Please enter your e-mail address registered for 2023 EOS Individual Income Tax Questionnaire site. If you are not sure, please contact your company's coordinator if you are a corporate customer. For the individual customer, please contact EOS staff or send e-mail to EOS1040@eosllp.com.
Start using the website After you complete the user registration, log in with the registered User ID (registered e-mail address) and password.
